Job Title: Senior Android Developer
Grade:4B
Span of Control:As per the role
Recommended years of Experience: 8-10 years of experience
Minimum Qualification: BE/MCA/M.Sc. In Computer Science/Electronics/EE
Location: Bangalore

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing products and candidate should have knowledge in End to End Mobile development life cycle.

Skillset

• 5+ years of experience with mobile development (Android)
• Proficient in Android SDK, Kotlin, Java and Python
• Ability to debug and profile an complex Android application
• Experience in Android platform Backend development
• Proficient in object-oriented analysis, design and implementation
• Strong conceptual & hands-on with Data structures and algorithms.
• Very comfortable with unit testing and rapid release cycles
• Good verbal communication & having self-reliant approach
• A track record of published applications to the App Store

Job Responsibilities

• Experience in delivering fast local builds, reliable continuous integration, and productivity enhancing tooling
• Experience in use highly modular codebase to reduce build times and increase productivity
• Experience in developing custom Android Studio plugins to simplify developer workflow
• Experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications
• Experience with infrastructure roadmaps and product strategy
• Understanding of mobile applications development life cycle and ability to plan/design various features in stages
