Job Title: Technical Lead - Data Engineer
Recommended years of Experience: 8+ years
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
Location: PAN INDIA

Role Summary

You will be responsible for taking the data that a company holds and mining it to achieve valuable insights. These insights are then used to inform critical business decisions. The insights play a crucial role in shaping the company's future and the way it operates.

Skillset

• Must Have:
  8+ years of experience in data engineering with an emphasis on data analytics and reporting.
  2+ years of experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), others.
  5+ years of experience in SQL, data transformations, statistical analysis, and troubleshooting across more than one Database Platform (Cassandra, MySQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Azure SQL Warehouse, etc
  5+ years of experience in the design and build of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes by writing custom data pipelines.
  3+ years of experience with one or more of the following scripting languages: Python, SQL, Kafka and/or other.
  Good to have:
  2 years of experience in Master Data Management
  2 years of experience in Data Matching (manual as well as Machine)
  1+ years of experience in DevOps/DataOps/MLOps on AWS
  1+ years of experience designing and building solutions utilizing various Cloud services such as EC2, S3, EMR, Kinesis, RDS, Redshift/Spectrum, Lambda, Glue, Athena, API gateway, etc.
  Exposure to Machine Learning models in NLP and pattern recognition

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding business requirements and solutionize data products in order to solve them.
• Identifying creative solutions in order to build relevant training data sets.
• Working closely with our data engineers in order to productionize models.
• Work on a variety of business applications including but not limited to: Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Event Prediction, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling, Customer Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems, Modelling Response to Incentives, Marketing Mix Optimization, Price Optimization.
• Articulates solutions/recommendations to business users. Works with senior data science team member to present analytical content concisely and effectively.
