Context
- As a key member of the senior management team, the Assistant /Deputy General Manager - HR would be part of the Extended Leadership Team of Bangalore Businesses.
- The incumbent would report into the Corporate HR Head of ACT group but would head the HR for whole north Bangalore geography. Needless to say, this is a critical position in the growth journey of ACT.
- The AGM HR will be responsible for end to end HR and will also play a consultative role to the business head COO on people matters especially Leadership Development. He/she will also interact very closely with the other functional heads.
