Requirements

• Sound technical knowledge of Core finance, Accounting and Taxation & Auditing
• Competency in advanced Excel and MS office, Have exposure to ERP environment (SAP, Oracle, others)
• Good Communication Skills, Intellectual Skills, Team Management.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Finance business partner to Delhi NCR business of ACT and ensuring finance compliance and governance
• Publishing of financial statement, Profit & loss Account, Balance sheet, CFS etc.
• Revenue and Cost governance: - Revenue assurance and sustainable cost management as per business plan
• Ensuring publishing of monthly MIS reports, Cost schedules, TB schedules, Variance Analysis, forecasting to management
• Preparation of capex budgeting, overseeing capex rollout and partnering for efficiencies and post capex analysis
• Ensuring statutory Compliances: GSTR 1 and 3B filings, GSTR 2A reconciliation, TDS, ESI-PF Reco.
• Overseeing accounts payables: Ensuring parking and validation of all bills, day to day accounting of expenses/invoices & shared service management
• Key point of contact for business stakeholders and facilitating business partnership.
• Supporting the Finance AGM and leadership & business heads with projects, budgets & plan preparation.
• Ensuring successful closure of audit and closure of internal and statutory audit observations.
• Critical attributes to success would be integrity, strong communication, cadence and resilience.
