Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Accounts & Audit

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Finance controller

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Ensure monthly discipline on book closure in SAP by WD + 4
  • Conducting Trail balance review on monthly basis for all the business location across the group.
  • Prepare a monthly balance sheet deck for Executive committee review.
  • Ensure the stat audit deliverables are provided on time and are first time right.
  • Ensure both hardclose and annual audit are completed before the agreed timeline.
  • Ensuring AGR filing and Tax audit filing is done before the agreed timeline.
  • Provide visibility & management information for taking informed decisions by reporting on specific cost lines
  • Improve effectiveness of ERP for greater governance along with license & SOD compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including operations, IT and marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements

  • Qualified chartered accountant with minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in Telecom industry will be an advantage
  • Competency in advanced Excel and MS office
  • Exposure to SAP
  • Good Communication Skills and Team Management skills
  • Good communication & coordination skills for engagement with cross functional teams
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs of the business
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
