Your tasks

• Planning and Project Management to successfully introduce Adcubum SYRIUS to our customers
• Commercial responsibility for complex project implementations including risk management
• Supporting the customer throughout the entire program life cycle
• Collaborating closely with the development units to monitor and deliver extensions as well change request to the customers

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT field
• Several years of experience in project management, especially in software implementations
• Working experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance terminology and processes
• Confident demeanor with customers and negotiating skills in demanding situations
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility
• Able to inspire and form a powerful project team by promoting a collaborative atmosphere and visioning the solutions above the potential blocking points
• Promotes collaboration, resolves conflicts, removes obstacles to teamwork, deploys employees according to their abilities
• You are German speaker and also fluent in English
• Location: Zurich or St. Gallen
• Travelling to clients on a regular basis
