Your tasks

• Assist in Threat Monitoring and Analysis: Work with the security team to identify, analyze, and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct Security Assessments: Perform regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Support Incident Response Activities: Participate in incident response efforts, helping to mitigate and resolve security incidents effectively.
• Develop and Update Security Policies: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate on Security Projects: Work with cross-functional teams on various cybersecurity projects, from implementation to monitoring and improvement.
• Engage in Security Awareness Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.

Our requirements

• Ongoing studies (IT, information security or similar) towards a bachelor's or master's degree
• Good knowledge of the topics related to cyber security
• Ideally initial practical experience in the field
• Preferably base knowledge of agile and secure software development processes
• Some base knowledge on common programming languages like Java
• Base knowledge on how to work with tools like JIRA/Confluence
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and contributing proactively
• Very good written and spoken English skills, German language skills being a plus
