Reports to: Head of E-Commerce
Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000 annually
About the Role
Advantice Health is seeking a driven, strategic E-Commerce Marketplace Lead to execute strategy and scale our Amazon/omnichannel business while accelerating growth through emerging social commerce channels with a holistic omnichannel view. This is a career-defining opportunity to operate with a founder’s mindset inside a PE-backed CPG portfolio company with a flat hierarchy and meaningful exposure to executive leadership.
This role is for someone who understands Amazon algorithmically, operationally, and commercially—and can translate ambition into disciplined daily execution. You will help our brands win as digital discovery grows, while protecting marketplace integrity and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations & Marketplace Management
· Lead day-to-day Amazon Vendor Central operations.
· Own catalog health (item setup, variations, suppressions, A+ Content, Brand Registry).
· Partner with agencies to resolve chargebacks, shortages, compliance issues, and manage cases.
· Own pricing, Buy Box performance, and 3P/gray-market governance.
· Ensure consistent, high-quality PDP creative across the digital shelf.
Omnichannel
· Align Amazon launches with broader eRetail and brand strategy.
· Lead new item setup and launch execution across Amazon and other retailers as needed.
· Own launch readiness across content, inventory, pricing, media, and timing.
· Monitor reviews; report insights on trends and consumer call-outs.
Sponsored Ads, Tent-Pole Moments & Promotions
· Execute Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
· Partner with agencies on targeting, optimization, and performance scaling.
· Own tent-pole planning and execution (Prime Day, Cyber 5, etc.).
· Manage promotional cadence, coupons, and trade funding with Finance.
· Lead post-event analysis and performance readouts.
Data, Systems & Enablement
· Build scalable dashboards, operating rhythms, and reporting.
· Use analytics, AMC insights, and automation to improve decisions.
· Drive process improvements across launches, content, and retail operations.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience with direct ownership of retail operations.
· Proven experience managing Amazon/omnichannel brand(s) at scale; CPG preferred.
· Independent problem-solver who can operate strategically and hands-on.
· Deep understanding of Vendor Central mechanics and marketplace dynamics.
· Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to connect ads, operations, and profitability.
· Experience supporting or partnering with social teams and/or agencies.
· Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
