Advantice Health is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial HCP Sales Representative to help build our first dermatologist-focused commercial effort for Amlactin and Triple Paste. This is a unique opportunity to join early and help shape a new capability from the ground up. The role combines in-person selling in the NYC area with virtual, phone, and email engagement with priority dermatology offices across the country.

What you’ll do

  • Execute the initial dermatologist call plan using company-provided targeting data
  • Build relationships with dermatologists, office staff, and other key practice stakeholders
  • Conduct in-person outreach in the NYC metro area and virtual/phone/email outreach nationally
  • Use cold calling, follow-up, and persistence to gain access and drive engagement
  • Deliver clear, compelling product messaging for Amlactin and, where appropriate, Triple Paste
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and manage account follow-up effectively
  • Coordinate office sampling requests and support follow-up
  • Attend and support key dermatology meetings and conferences, including AAD-related engagements
  • Share field insights to help refine future HCP strategy and execution
  • Contribute to building a practical, scalable model for future HCP engagement

What we’re looking for

  • 5–7 years of sales experience, ideally in HCP, physician-office, specialty, medical device, or healthcare-related environments
  • Experience engaging physician offices, specialty practices, or other healthcare provider audiences
  • Proven ability to make cold calls, gain access, and build relationships
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey product information clearly
  • CRM discipline, organizational strength, and follow-up rigor
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a lean, evolving environment
  • Must be based in or near New York City
  • Willingness to travel quarterly to key U.S. geographies

Nice to have

  • Dermatology, skincare, topical, or consumer-health experience
  • Experience in a hybrid field + inside-sales role
  • Experience supporting sampling programs, conferences, or external HCP engagements
  • Familiarity with launching new products, programs, or territories

You’re scrappy, organized, credible with HCP offices, and excited to build something new. You’re comfortable balancing in-person and virtual selling, and you know how to turn outreach into real relationships and follow-through.
