Tax Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities:

· Partner and manage the relationship with external tax advisors and CPA firms for both domestic and international tax compliance

· Review of tax returns (currently prepared by 3^rd party) and related documents to ensure compliance with federal, state and international laws

· Partner with Treasury to authorize the payment of taxes due

· Works closely with Accounting on tax related reconciliations and provide tax rates for review of business results and forecasts

· Advises management of the impact of new tax laws and proposed legislation

· Pursues refunds, credits and incentives as the company moves into new markers or new locations to maximize tax benefits to the company

· Oversee preparation of worldwide transfer pricing documentation, including master file, local files, and country by country reporting

· Develop federal and state tax planning ideas

· Attend professional development and training sessions
