Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager of Strategic Programs to drive the integration of acquired companies into our Go-to-Market strategy. This role requires a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and the ability to execute complex projects from inception to successful completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the integration process, ensuring seamless alignment across various departments, and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition Integration: Lead and manage the integration of newly acquired companies into the Go-to-Market organization, ensuring alignment with the Go-to-Market strategy. Oversee the integration of business processes, systems, and teams to optimize efficiency and effectiveness post-acquisition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, Revenue Operations, finance, HR, M&A, etc.) to ensure alignment and efficient execution of integration and project goals. Facilitate communication between departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth project flow.
  • Strategic Program Execution: Take ownership of strategic programs and ensure the execution of key projects on time and within scope. Manage all aspects of program and project delivery, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Implementation: Support the integration of acquired companies into the Go-to-Market framework, ensuring that all sales, marketing, and operational initiatives align with company objectives and maximize the impact of the acquisition.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resources. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that milestones are achieved. Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and cross-functional teams on integration and program progress. Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and address risks, challenges, and roadblocks that may impact project timelines or outcomes. Work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implement solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate processes, methodologies, and tools used in integration and project management to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement. Implement best practices and encourage a culture of learning within the project teams.
