The Manager of Renewals Processing reports directly to the Sr. Director of A/R & Renewals Processing and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, quality and output of Customer Renewals Associates and Analysts, who are responsible for the end-to-end renewals process of our Advantive software systems. The Manager of Renewals Processing will build and manage a team whose primary focus is enabling customer expansion and protecting ARR, through accurate and timely processing of annual renewals for our customers. The Manager contributes to building a world-class Customer Experience through building and governing excellent Renewals processes, managing risk and working cross-functionally with Customer Success, A/R and other internal partners.
