Advantive is building Advantive ONE, a cross-portfolio AI platform designed to transform how our products deliver value to customers. This is a high-impact, company-wide initiative at the center of our product and go-to-market strategy.
We are looking for a commercially minded AI Product Manager to drive the successful commercialization of Advantive ONE across our product portfolio. This is a senior IC role that does not own a traditional product roadmap; instead, you will own how Advantive ONE is positioned, launched, and adopted across the business, with a core focus on commercialization, adoption, and revenue impact. This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role that requires a willingness to dive in and drive outcomes directly, not just coordinate across teams.
What You Will Do

Drive the commercialization of Advantive ONE across the product portfolio

Lead cross-functional launch planning for new AI-enabled capabilities, workflows, and use cases

Partner with Product Management, GMs, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to align on priorities and execution, while directly supporting strategic deals and engaging customers through sales conversations, advisory boards, and industry events

Translate AI capabilities into clear customer value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement materials

Identify high-impact use cases across products, industries, and customer segments

Work across 30+ products to embed Advantive ONE capabilities into existing workflows and customer use cases

Ensure readiness across teams for launches, including coordination with development and delivery functions

Track adoption, customer feedback, and commercial performance to continuously improve outcomes

Maintain alignment across teams while ensuring consistent and scalable use of Advantive ONE, preventing fragmented or redundant AI efforts across the portfolio

Stay informed on practical AI trends and competitive movements to inform positioning and use case development
