We're seeking an enthusiastic Customer Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in actively supporting the execution of customer engagement campaigns alongside Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage in analyzing customer needs and behaviors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive customer marketing communications program.
  • Collaborate closely with the ABX manager to bolster cross-sell, upsell, and retention programs.
  • Participate in the development and execution of multi-channel cross-sell and upsell campaigns, from persona development to campaign measurement.
  • Support customer onboarding initiatives to drive adoption and retention.
  • Contribute to executing advocacy campaigns using positive customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in identifying and executing in-product marketing and sales opportunities in partnership with Product Marketing and Product Management.
  • Contribute to curating customer success stories for use in Sales and Marketing.
  • Play an active role in being the Voice of the Customer, ensuring customer experience is prioritized and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in measuring, tracking, and analyzing campaign results, reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience, with exposure to Customer Marketing preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience actively supporting the execution of life cycle, cross-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products preferred.
  • Comfort with data and a basic understanding of customer segmentation.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo), email software, and Salesforce is advantageous. Experience with Intercom or Drift is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to revenue growth.
  • Proactive with the ability to actively support and provide critical thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and initiate projects
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to take on multiple tasks.
  • This position is preferred to sit in Austin, TX
