Job purpose:
As a Implementation Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on
delivering our software solutions to group clients—working hand-in-hand
with our Corporate Implementation Team to ensure a joined -up, high-quality onboarding experience.
You’ll own the delivery plan end-to-end, coordinating internal and
external stakeholders, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and
ensuring our clients are fully set up for success. This role blends
classic project management skills with a deep focus on customer
service, relationship management, and change adoption.
You will be responsible for:
• Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of
implementation projects for dental group clients.
• Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with Agilio’s Corporate
Implementation Team, aligning efforts across departments to ensure a
coordinated and consistent delivery experience.
• Client Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for clients throughout
the implementation lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring
satisfaction.
• Delivery Planning: Develop, own, and drive project delivery plans,
timelines, and milestones tailored to each group’s unique structure and
needs.
• Change Management: Support practices through the transition from
legacy systems, ensuring training, communication, and adoption
strategies are embedded in the plan.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams (Support,
Product, Data, Sales, Training) to ensure all aspects of the
implementation are executed smoothly.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify, track, and resolve issues or blockers ,
quickly, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide transparent, structured reporting
to both clients and internal stakeholders, including regular status
updates, delivery tracking, and escalation management.
• Process Improvement: Contribute insights to improve our group
onboarding methodology and tools, driving scalability and excellence
across implementations.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our
Project Manager are:
Essential
• Strong background in managing SaaS or digital transformation
projects, ideally in the healthcare, dental, or technology sectors.
• Experience delivering implementations to multi-site or group clients.
• Proficient in traditional project management practices (e.g., PRINCE2,
PMP) with the ability to flex in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer-facing communication
skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how project
delivery impacts business outcomes.
• Comfortable managing multiple complex projects in parallel.
• Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) and CRM
systems.
Desirable
• Familiarity with the UK dental sector, practice management systems, or
compliance and training tools.
• Exposure to enterprise onboarding or working with C -level
stakeholders.
• Understanding of change management frameworks.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based remotely
Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour’s work may be
required from time to time.
