We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and professional Customer Success Account Executive to join our fast-paced Customer Success Team. In this role, you will manage client accounts and provide training and support to our broad and growing client base.
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your customer service expertise within a successful and growing business in the healthcare and SaaS industries.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills—both written and verbal—including a confident and professional telephone manner. You should be highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and skilled in problem-solving with a focus on delivering practical solutions. Experience with IT systems and software is essential, and the ability to learn quickly will set you up for success.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain client accounts through regular reviews and scheduled appointments
- Handle client enquiries and resolve queries via the member support line
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all cross products to effectively support and train members
- Foster and strengthen relationships with subscribing clients through ongoing engagement
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup
- Promote services and products to generate qualified referrals for the New Business Team
- To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a Customer Success position and demonstrate a strong passion for delivering exceptional levels of service. You should be confident in building lasting relationships and supporting clients to get the most from their experience with us.
- While experience in the dental industry would be an advantage, it is not essential. We value the right attitude, a proactive mindset, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
