Job purpose:
The Fresh and Dengro form the core of Agilio’s exciting solution
accelerating Dental patient attraction and conversion, driving practice
growth. The Fresh is a specialist agency within the Agilio group, helping
healthcare businesses grow through digital marketing and long-term
client partnerships. Dengro is a market leading CRM specifically
designed to serve the dental market.
We are scaling rapidly and have an exciting opportunity for a senior
account executive who can take ownership of commercial growth in this
exciting area, freeing the founders to focus on strategy, and thought
leadership.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal hire to unlock our next stage of growth. As part of the
Agilio Dental sales team, you’ll focus on leading new business and
cross-sell sales for The Fresh and Dengro products in the midmarket/enterprise segment.
You will be responsible for:
• Build pipeline through proactive prospecting, own the sales cycle, help
shape solutions and close deals.
• Develop proposals and pricing structures that demonstrate value whilst
supporting long-term contracts.
• Handle objections (e.g. “access to the founder”) with authority and
credibility.
• Contribute to pipeline forecasting and deal progression.
• Own client relationships, supporting difficult conversations and
retention-critical situations.
• Support client satisfaction, retention, cross sell and expansion through
proactive engagement.
• Demonstrate excellence in CRM management to drive accurate
forecasting and pipeline management.
Key KPIs
• Growth Quota: This is a targeted role carrying a ramped quota of £400k
ARR
• Sales Impact: Win rate, proposal-to-close conversion, sales cycle
length, new revenue influenced.
• Founder Leverage: Demonstrable reduction in founder’s day -to-day
sales involvement.
The skills and experience which we are looking for in our Senior
Account Executive – Dental Growth Services:
Essential
• 3 years proven sales experience in Agency/performance Marketing led
sales: SAAS sales experience an advantage, ability to own discovery,
solution presentation, and closure of multi-service retainers with midmarket clients.
• Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC an advantage.
• Strong client relationship skills, with gravitas in C -suite and board-level
conversations.
• Resilience and urgency, you’ll thrive in a fast moving, high acquisition
environment.
• Commercial mindset: balancing client outcomes with profitability.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based remotely.
Job type: Full-time, permanent, some out of hour’s work may be
required from time to time.
