Job Specification:

  • Proactively assisting Managers in managing a client portfolio focused on securitisation vehicles (the “SPV”), including all aspects of administration & company secretarial matters;

  • Handling day-to-day legal and corporate operations ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner;

  • Build detailed understanding of our client portfolio, entity specific requirements and applicable statutory regulations;

  • Develop a trustful relationship with existing clients and other stakeholders, such as notaries, law firms or banks;

  • Arrange for board meetings, prepare board packs, minutes and other appropriate records;

  • Oversee client transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, capital calls, distribution to investors, etc.), circulate and track documentation in an efficient and timely manner;

  • Implement and adhere client procedures, to internal checklists and procedures;

  • Assist with client billing and tracking of transaction fees;

  • Prepare client´s due diligences and internal compliance reviews;

  • Working with the Manager and Director to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all regulatory obligations and administration requirements within strict deadlines for a portfolio of entities;

  • Effective collaboration and reporting to team manager(s) and directors.

Skills Required:

  • A sound knowledge of Luxembourg company law, ideally with knowledge of securitization law;

  • Enthusiasm to expand your knowledge in the Luxembourg Capital Markets sector;

  • Ability to work on own initiatives and be a team player at same time;

  • Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues;

  • Proficient user of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and IT hardware;

  • Fluent in English is mandatory (German, French or any other language would be considered as an asset).
