• Investor onboarding – review of KYC on onboarding & risk assessment of investors

• Periodic reviews – ongoing CDD review based on frequency associated with risk of investors & risk re-assessment

• Maintenance of investor records & investor registers (High risk, PEP, Introducer Certificate, Omnibus)

• Assurance testing – testing of Introducer Certificate & Omnibus arrangement

• Screening of investors & related parties + clearing of alerts/hits

• Setup and maintenance of investor data on screening database

• AML audits – Attend to AML audit checklist and queries

• Attend to checklists for MLRO/ CO reports

• Attending to AML frameworks and Business Risk Assessment

• Conduct file reviews and request additional supporting documents as applicable

• Coordination of AML training for directors / employees of FIs

• Provide data to internal audit and attend to audit queries

• Completion of Regulatory surveys

• Risk rating of clients and investors for AML risk profiling

• Manage various compliance projects at company level
