Description
This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Fund Administrator role in Tokyo SPC Team.

Job specification
SPC Operation and Management. Operate and manage SPC in cooperation with various departments such as finance, accounting, tax, legal, banking, and AM companies.
Assistance SPC incorporation, assets acquisition (closing), disposition and dissolution.
Management of various notifications and proper filing within deadline.
Prepare Distribution calculations and liaise with related party.
Training junior staffs including seminar and coach during daily operation.
Assist Managers in Team management.
Propose improvement area during operation.

Skills Required:
Over 6 years’ experience in related industry including accounting tax office, auditor, asset manager, SPC operation, fund administration etc. in Japan.
Qualified accountant (USCPA, ACCA, JCPA etc.), Certificated Tax Accountant is preferred.
Self-driven, detail oriented, be of high responsibility and good communication skill.
Good English communication.
