We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in managing the administration of our Private Equity funds and corporate structures.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Officer, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring excellence in fund administration and corporate governance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day administration of funds and investment vehicles, including incorporations, liquidations, board/shareholder meetings, and investment transactions.
- Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders such as AIFMs, regulators, depositaries, and notaries.
- Organizing and leading board/shareholder meetings and overseeing the approval and filing of annual accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong corporate governance standards.
- Reviewing deliverables and overseeing internal processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Supervising both onshore and offshore teams, supporting team leaders, and maintaining KPIs.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and local authorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Administration and Corporate Secretarial services, ideally within Private Equity in Luxembourg.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in team leadership or supervision, ideally with at least one year in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg’s Fund industry and corporate law.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; German, French, or other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to quickly learn new systems.
