Investment Management Oversight Manager (f/m/d)

We are currently looking for an Investment Management Oversight Manager to support our growing operations in the Investment Management Oversight department.

Job Specification
•The candidate will take an active role in a team maintaining and performing the entire due diligence process on the delegated investment management activities:
Manage and develop the oversight of delegated investment management activities in accordance with the requirements of CSSF Circular 18/698
Conduct initial, on-going and thematic due diligence on both UCITS and alternative investment fund managers
Establish new and maintain procedures, work instructions and workflows
Establish new and maintain SLAs with delegated investment managers or advisors
Establish new and maintain scorecards applying a risk-based approach
Ensure all requirements are adhered to and findings are escalated in a timely manner
Resolve issues with regards to the delegated investment management activities of the funds
Maintain operational dashboards
Perform regular fund performance reviews
Review processes, policies, instructions and procedures of delegated investment managers and advisors

Skills Required
Degree in Finance or Economics - certification such as CFA or CAIA would be an asset
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, German will be considered as an advantage
Proven MS Office skills, especially Excel
Well-structured and well organized
Responsible team player, accountable and reliable self-starter
Integrity with a willingness to learn
Experience in regulatory compliance or previous experience from similar oversight functions
Interest in investment strategies, financial instruments and the overall organization of the delegates’ fund structures from a legal, operational and compliance perspective
