Your Role & Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Manager - Fund Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality fund services for a diverse portfolio of closed-ended structures, with a specialization in Private Debt Funds. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance in Net Asset Valuation (NAV) reviews across complex fund structures.
- Reviewing annual financial statements and supporting audit processes.
- Managing capital calls and distributions with precision and timeliness.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members to meet client deliverables.
- Overseeing regulatory and tax filings, ensuring full compliance.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fund directors, and stakeholders.
- Driving consistency and excellence across assigned relationships.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in fund accounting and a passion for excellence. Ideal candidates will have:
- In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg closed-ended fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Hands-on experience with systems like eFront, Geneva, and Investran.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; French or German language is a plus.
