M365 and Intune expert
Candidate should have a working experience of Microsoft 365 services, Intune functionalities, and related technologies like Azure Active Directory and Windows operating systems. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Skill set for Respective category
Technical Skills:
- This includes in-depth knowledge of device enrolment, compliance policies, application management, and conditional access, along with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business is crucial.
- Knowledge of identity and access management, including integration with Intune and other M365 services.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of security principles, encryption, data protection, and secure access methodologies is essential.
- Experience with MDM and MAM concepts and their implementation in Intune.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10, 11, and related technologies, including Windows AutoPilot and deployment methods.
- Knowledge of compliance and security requirements for various industries and environments.
Soft Skills:
- The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Intune and M365.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Commitment to staying up to date with the latest Intune and M365 features and security threats.
Additional Considerations:
- Microsoft certifications like the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate" (MD-102) will be plus.
