Job Summary:

Responsibility for ensuring adherence to compliance and shareholder registration duties together with the preparation of fund valuations, as required.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Shareholder know your client.
  • Communication with shareholders via telephone and email.
  • Input and / or authorisation of payments and relevant internal checklists.
  • Ensuring shareholder dealing rules and deadlines are met.
  • Assist with checking of regulatory statistical reporting.
  • Day to day administration and client queries.
  • Assisting in the oversight of outsourced jurisdictions.
  • Compliance reviews.
  • Training of staff.
  • Assisting with fund launches:-
  • Reviewing launch documentation.
  • Board Meetings - Preparation of administration reports for client board meetings and attendance at meetings.
  • Client Visits - Involvement as and when required in order to maintain a positive client relationship.
  • Custodian Visits including:-Coordinating preparation of documentation for visit, reviewing and checking documentation, attending meeting.
  • Supervision of Fund audits - Attending audit preparation meeting, coordinating preparation of documentation requests, liaising with auditors and client.

Available to assist in other duties as and when requested.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Educated to ‘A’ level standard, or equivalent
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Professional qualification

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise a team
  • Excellent critical analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Company Law and Fund regulations
  • A good team player
  • Strong Word and Excel skills
