🔑 Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform quality reviews across all entity types (Corporates, Foundations/Charities, Institutional Investors, Designated Bodies) in line with AML policies and guidelines.
- Identify and document review results, including proposed remedial actions.
- Provide clear feedback and coaching to associates as needed.
- Apply AML guidance relevant to jurisdictions such as Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda.
- Utilize screening tools including World Check, Pythagoras, LexisNexis.
- Work proficiently with Microsoft applications; advanced Excel and presentation skills are an advantage.
- Review FATCA/CRS reporting and US tax forms (W9, W8-BEN, W8-IMY, Withholding statements).
- Maintain accurate records and perform remediation activities based on investor risk ratings.
- Collaborate effectively in both individual and team settings.
- Deliver required reports on time without reminders.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Prior experience in Transfer Agency functions is an added advantage.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (preferred).
- 1–10 years of relevant experience in AML/Transfer Agency.
- Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required.
- Flexibility to work in any shift as per business needs.

- Proficiency in Windows environment and MS Excel/Word.
- Clear and concise written communication; fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
