As a Client Service Manager – Fund Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing Private Equity funds and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Review Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for a variety of Private Equity funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the preparation and review of annual financial statements.
- Calculate and process capital calls and distributions with precision.
- Support and coordinate the audit process for assigned relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure client deliverables are met on time.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across assigned relationships.
- Handle regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, fund directors, and other stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (Private Equity) and regulatory requirements.
- 2–5 years of experience in fund administration and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Familiarity with systems like Sungard Investran and/or eFront.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (French or German is a plus).
