About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of client relationships within our Private Equity Fund Administration team. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant fund administration services while managing and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Review and approve all client deliverables to guarantee quality and accuracy.
  • Oversee the setup of new funds, including eFront configuration and Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Handle ad hoc client requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate internal revenue reporting and delegate work effectively across teams.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and senior management, escalating issues when necessary.

Skills & Experience

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or Administration of Private Equity or Real Estate Funds.
  • Strong understanding of French regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of eFront is an asset.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
