We are currently looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager Financial Assets to support our growing operations in the Portfolio management department.
Your Responsibilities
Day-to-day portfolio management of UCITS and AIF mandates across liquid asset classes, including monitoring of portfolio risks
Execution of trades via an in-house trading desk embedded within the Portfolio Management function, ensuring best execution, transparency and full auditability
Ongoing monitoring of portfolio compliance with investment policies, prospectus rules and regulatory requirements, in cooperation with external investment managers and advisors
Close collaboration with Investment Compliance, Risk Management, Operations and external service providers
Contribution to the ongoing improvement of portfolio management, trading and control processes within the department
Your Profile
Proven experience in Portfolio Management and/or Trading within an asset management, ManCo or AIFM environment
Academic background in Finance, Economics or a comparable field is preferable (or equivalent professional qualification)
Solid hands-on experience in trading liquid financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives) and good knowledge of capital market practices
Very good understanding of portfolio management workflows and investment strategies
Practical experience using Bloomberg (order execution, market data, analytics)
Able to take ownership of day-to-day portfolio management and trading activities within defined mandates and established frameworks
Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style with strong risk awareness
Very good command of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Fluency in English and German is mandatory
