The Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Chief Internal Auditor

• Supporting the risk based preparation of the annual and mid-term audit plan

• Responsible planning and execution of audits

• Establishing and following-up of the department’s processes and procedures

• Acting as contact person for the management and department heads for issues relating to internal audit and internal control system

• Conducting an efficient follow-up of audits to check the proper implementation of the agreed measures and recommendations

• Supporting the quarterly reporting of Internal Audit to the Board and various group committees

• Conducting special audits/tasks/projects on request

Skills Required

• Bachelor degree in business administration/ economics/ finance

• At least 3-5 years of working experience as auditor within the financial sector

• In-depth knowledge of audit techniques

• A high sense of accuracy and the ability to structure, analyse and evaluate complex information and processes

• Profound organisation and coordination skills

• Ability to interact and negotiate with numerous stakeholders

• Sound knowledge of MS Office

• Fluent communication skills in English – both verbally and written ; and any other European language advantageous
