About the Role
We are looking for a Periodic Review Officer to join our team in Sofia. In this role, you will perform periodic reviews under Luxembourg regulatory requirements, with a primary focus on Funds and Corporate Structures. You will assess client documentation, ensure adherence to internal standards, and contribute to the overall quality of the review process.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough periodic reviews of client files using electronic records, static data, and external information sources.
Identify and request missing or outdated KYC/AML documentation.
Perform enhanced due diligence when required.
Review and validate information escalated by other team members.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in internal systems.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team knowledge sharing.
Skills, Experience & Education Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or another relevant field. Additional qualifications in Accounting, International Relations, Data Analysis, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
2+ years of hands‑on experience in AML/KYC within a financially regulated environment, including performing KYC on corporate structures.
Strong knowledge of financial crime risks and regulatory expectations.
Knowledge or experience in FATCA and CRS requirements will be considered an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
Pro‑active and positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
