Position Overview

As the Senior Vice President-Transfer Agency Operations.

You will be the leader responsible for shaping and driving the performance of the regional Transfer Agency function. This role demands a transformative leader with deep operational expertise, sophisticated stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to influence teams and leadership across the enterprise. You will lead operations across multiple geographies, ensuring exceptional client service, operational excellence, and full compliance with dynamic global and local regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence & Efficiency

Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, accuracy, turnaround time,

and cost through process redesign and automation.

Own KPIs, SLAs, and performance scorecards across global delivery centers.

Maintain strong operational resilience, including business continuity planning

and testing.

Governance, Risk & Regulatory Execution

Lead day-to-day governance across all TA hubs, ensuring operational

compliance, control adherence, and audit readiness.

Serve as the primary operations contact for regulators, auditors, and industry bodies.

Drive a proactive risk culture focused on early identification, escalation, and remediation.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the senior operational escalation point for marquee clients.

Partner closely with product, technology, and client management teams to

resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

Represent TA Operations in external forums to inform operational enhancements and adopt best practices.

4. People & Team Management

• Lead and develop teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistency

standards, skills, and performance expectations.

• Deliver talent development, succession planning, and reskilling aligned to

future operational needs.

• Foster a high performance, inclusive, and accountable culture.

5. Change Delivery & Program Execution

• Oversee key operational change programs, including technology upgrades,

product launches, and process redesign.

• Ensure clear governance, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for all

Remove barriers and drive timely, successful delivery of program outcomes.

6. Financial & Resource Stewardship

• Manage the operational budget with discipline, balancing cost efficiency and

service quality.

• Identify opportunities for automation and process consolidation to optimize

spending.

• Deliver accurate financial forecasting and resource planning for the function.

Qualifications & Experience

• 18+ years of progressive leadership in Transfer Agency or related financial services

operations, with 5-7 years in senior executive roles with global/regional oversight.

• Proven success in leading multi-country operational teams and

regulatory engagement.

• Bachelor's or master's in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related

discipline (MBA preferred).

• Deep expertise in regulatory and compliance frameworks, including AML/KYC,

FATCA/CRS, and cross-border reporting obligations.

• Exceptional track record in client and stakeholder management and

regulatory body levels.

High ethical standards, resilience under pressure, and decisiveness in complex

Demonstrated leadership in complex changing environments with measurable impact on efficiency, risk, and client experience.
