Role: Private Equity Depositary Analyst
Role Location: Valencia
Department: Custody
Employment Type: Permanent
Role Summary:
As a Depositary Analyst, you will ensure that clients' funds are monitored in accordance with AIFMD and as part of Depositary oversight duties the AIFM adheres to the firm's internal policies. You are required to be a strong team player with a commitment t o deliver outstanding client service. You will review and collect evidence for capital, investment and cash transactions.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quarterly bank and capital account reconciliations between the depositary and the AIFs.
- Obtain and review evidence in support of the independence and qualification of the investment valuation process
- Ensure and evidence that the company has ownership of assets.
- You will also ensure that investment ledgers are reconciled and updated with the company's AIF
Skills Required:
Successful graduation in preferably Finance/ Business Administration.
Autonomous and solution-oriented working style.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level as minimum).
Strong organisational and multi -tasking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of product range and operational processes.
Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines.
