For our business, for clients, and for you
domiciled collective investment schemes, including oversight and maintenance of our client’s distribution framework, distribution and data platform network, due diligence of
third-party distributors/platforms and internal reporting requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with FMCIL Designated Person for Distribution and senior individuals within the distribution and sales teams of our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and gain exposure to regional marketing requirements and local and global distribution channels that support and facilitate our client’s capital raising efforts.
Core Expectations & Contributions at this Level
Fund Registrations
- Co-ordinate Fund Registrations with the appointed Registration Agent.
- Oversee all deliverables to local regulators and local service providers, ensuring requirements are met.
- Assist with client queries regarding registration requirements in specified jurisdictions including fees, appointments of local agents, timelines for registration, translation requirements and oversight of continued reporting obligations in each jurisdiction.
Distributor / Platform Oversight and Maintenance
- Assist with upfront and on-going Due Diligence on appointed distributors and platforms contracted to Fundrock Management Company (Ireland) Limited via the Global Distribution Service.
- Responsibility for the operational on-boarding of Funds on to distribution platforms – completion of on-boarding templates and data platform integration where required.
- Review of each distribution / platform agreement to ensure all reporting obligations are understood and documented.
- Annual Financials /-EMT / PRIIPS / Annual and Semi– platform/distributorResponsible for documentation maintenance and dissemination for each
Internal Reporting Responsibilities
- Maintenance and update of each client’s Registration Matrix.
- Maintenance and update of each client’s Distributor / Platform Matrix.
- Maintenance and update of each client’s Management Company Report on a quarterly basis.
Corporate Actions.
- Review of monthly IM checklists and escalation were required.
- Review of monthly administrator reports and escalation were required.
Communication / Change Management
- Effectively contribute in all relevant communication forums through being suitably prepared and performing the delivery of verbal and written submissions / conclusions as appropriate.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required.
Excellent administrative, organisational, and business support skills.
Strong communication skills with experience in managing multiple internal and external relationships.
Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines.
Proactive and able to work independently, but also with your team.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Sound procedural, technical and product knowledge of your specific functional responsibility and the entire business /Funds Industry is preferred.
3 to 5 years’ financial service experience, preferably with exposure to the fund industry.
