Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform quality reviews for all entity types (Corporates, Foundations/Charities, Institutional Investors, Designated Bodies, etc.) based on AML policies and guidelines.
  • Identify and document outcomes of quality reviews and propose remedial actions.
  • Provide clear feedback and coaching to associates as required.
  • Be well‑versed with AML guidelines for jurisdictions such as Cayman, Delaware, Australia, Ireland, Bermuda, etc.
  • Have working knowledge of screening tools such as World Check, Pythagoras, LexisNexis, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; expertise in Excel and presentation skills is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of FATCA/CRS reporting and ability to review US tax forms (W9, W8-BEN, W8‑IMY, Withholding Statements, etc.).
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform regular remediation activities based on investor risk ratings.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a group.
  • Create required reports on time without reminders.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Prior experience in Transfer Agency functions is an added advantage.

Qualification and Experience

  • Flexible to work in any shift as per business requirements.
  • Prior Transfer Agency processing experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce is preferred.
  • 1–10 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Prior Transfer Agency processing experience (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (preferred).
  • 1–10 years of relevant experience.
