Role summary:

In this role, you’ll support our Fund AML team by working with key investor and fund data, helping ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations. You’ll contribute to reports, perform sample checks, prepare regulatory documents, and help turn raw data into clear insights. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work, values accuracy, and likes collaborating across teams while driving their own tasks independently.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect and organize investment fund data for investors, investment, Service Providers and Delegates, as applicable.

• Conduct / review sample tests on service provider.

• Contribute to creating/reviewing quarterly and annual AML/CFT reports.

• Prepare reporting documents for supervisory authorities, as applicable.

• Support on invoicing, as applicable.

• Support on updating templates.

• Ensure deadlines are respected and met.

• Help in structuring, harmonization and treatment of data and data reports.

• Monitor the innovations in the area of AML/KYC, both in terms of regulatory obligations and requirements as well as industry-standards.

What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?

• You have a strong relevant academic background or a relevant working experience.

• You have knowledge of the investment fund industry as well as AML/CFT rules is an asset

• You work self-motivated, pay attention to details, have strong organisational skills, are able to prioritize as well as willing to learn, resilient and reliable

• You have strong communication and negotiation skills in English (B2 level minimum)

• You like to carry out tasks on your own responsibility, but you also enjoy working in a team and with different departments

• Discretion in dealing with confidential information is a matter of course for you

• You are confident in the use of common MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint).

• You have solid experience in Excel & Power BI (Pivots, Dashboards/Reports, Power Query, VBA Macros) and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• You are confident handling high volumes of unstructured data and applying usual methods for the harmonization and cleanup of data (strings extraction and comparison, fuzzy logic, etc.).

• You are able to “transform” data from its raw form into insights for decision-making/business unit support.

Nice to have:

• Some experience within the financial services industry, preferably in the fund industry.

• Basic knowledge of the French or German language is desirable.

• Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry
