We're currently looking for a Client Service Delivery Manager to support our growing operations within the Fund Administration department. This is a permanent role based in Luxembourg and comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

As a Client Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the high‑quality delivery of fund accounting services to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and overseeing Net Asset Valuation (NAV) calculations for a variety of open‑ended fund structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
  • Taking full ownership of client relationships related to accounting deliverables
  • Acting as a confident and knowledgeable point of contact for clients, proactively solving issues and managing inquiries from onboarding throughout the life of the fund
  • Coordinating the production of accounting deliverables for a diverse client portfolio (SIF, SICAR, UCITS, RAIF under Lux GAAP)
  • Preparing or assisting operational teams with complex calculations in line with fund documentation
  • Overseeing additional processes such as invoicing and payments
  • Contributing to the production and review of KPIs, administration reports, and similar deliverables

About You

To succeed in this role, your skills and experience should include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior fund accountant or in a similar position within Fund Administration in Luxembourg, ideally within a PFS, accounting firm, or Big 4
  • Ability to manage, support, and guide team members
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg fund structures and legal frameworks
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent numeracy, analytical abilities, and communication skills (both internal and external)
  • Working knowledge of Paxus and/or Geneva is an asset
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage
