Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the support, configuration, and day‑to‑day operations of the eFront Invest platform.
· Help develop and maintain reports using SQL and eFront reporting tools (training provided).
· Support client onboarding and new fund setup activities within the eFront environment.
· Collaborate with business users to capture requirements and help document processes and workflows.
· Perform data quality checks, data validation, and assist with system performance monitoring.
· Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts across the team.
· Learn and apply best practices in data governance, reporting standards, and private markets technology.
· Participate in testing cycles for enhancements, patches, and configuration changes.
· Learn and develop deeper eFront product expertise over time.
Skills Required
· 3–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, or operations.
· Familiarity with SQL, report writing, ETL processes, and system integration.
· Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and reporting frameworks.
· Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivots, data manipulation).
· Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
· Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
· Experience with eFront or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
· Exposure to fund administration, private markets, or investment operations is an advantage.
