Apex Group is looking to recruit bright, articulate and numerate personnel who are unafraid of a challenge and are prepared to work hard and love what they do. We're currently looking for an Assistant Facility Manager to support our growing operations in the Facilities department in Luxembourg. This full-time role comes with a favorable salary and an extensive benefits package.
The APEX Group has 4 offices in Luxembourg, which are managed by the facilities team. The activities consist of maintenance management, soft services management, property management, project management, event management, H&S, procurement, security and contract management.
Your responsibilities consist of:
Contract Management, reviewing, checking invoices, terminating, negotiating and setting up new contracts.
Facilities project management e.g. move projects management. You should be able to lead move projects and ensure that all parties are well informed.
Supporting facilities administrative processes including mobile phone management and lease cars.
Respond to and resolve facility-related issues or requests promptly.
Creating and updating company policies.
You will need at least five years of relevant work experience to apply for this Assistant Facility Manager. You will also require the following:
Knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of French and German are an advantage.
Good knowledge of the standard IT applications Outlook and MS Office tools.
Proven experience in facilities or a related role.
Bachelor level.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail e.g. for managing projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to take initiative and solve problems efficiently.
Dependable, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
