Corporate Officer (Fixed-Term Contract – July & August 2026)

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Corporate Officer, you will play a central role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest standards of fund administration and corporate governance.
This position is offered as a 2‑month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) covering July and August.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the day‑to‑day administration of funds and investment vehicles, including incorporations, liquidations, board/shareholder meetings, and investment transactions.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders such as AIFMs, regulators, depositaries, and notaries.

  • Organizing and leading board and shareholder meetings, and overseeing the approval and filing of annual accounts.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong corporate governance standards.

  • Reviewing deliverables and monitoring internal processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

  • Supervising both onshore and offshore teams, supporting team leaders, and maintaining KPIs.

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and local authorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Administration and Corporate Secretarial services, ideally within Private Equity in Luxembourg.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Economics, Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervision, ideally with at least one year in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg’s Fund industry and corporate law.

  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  • A proactive, client‑oriented approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English is essential; German, French, or other languages are considered a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
