Specialist - Custody Oversight & Reporting
General description of the job:
As a Specialist Custody Oversight & Reporting, you will be responsible to manage the different kind of reconciliation steps for cash and securities, collateral management and the preparation of regulatory reporting’s as follow:
Responsibilities:
Reconciliation of cash positions (internal versus sub custodian);
Reconciliation of financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian);
Support creation of regulatory reporting (e.g. QI, EMIR. MIFID, FATCA, CRS);
Preparation of internal reports as AUC (assets under custody) & KPI
Due Diligence Sub-Custodians
Support on preparing files for ETD an OTC Collateral Management process;
Custody Fees related to Billing
Any other duty which is instructed directly by the managing directors in accordance with Article 6.2 of the employment agreement.
Communication:
A Specialist Custody Oversight & Reporting works in direct contact with the rest of the team members and cooperates, with other officers under the supervision of their Line Manager, and in close co-operation with the other administrators, under the supervision of the Management and Managing Directors.
Experience and skills:
University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or similar;
Excellent English spoken and written communication skills;
Very good computer literacy and Excel knowledge;
Understanding the banking industry;
Good understanding of the Custody business;
Customer Focus;
Concern for Quality;
Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
Adherence to procedures;
Attention to detail.
