We’re looking for a Manager – Alternative Asset Services to lead client portfolios, elevate reporting quality, and guide a growing team within a fast‑moving and collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll drive the delivery of high‑quality financial reporting for alternative investment structures while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Lead and oversee the full accounting and reporting process for a dedicated portfolio of alternative investment clients
Ensure accuracy and timeliness across transaction processing, reconciliations, NAV oversight, and financial statements
Review and validate reporting outputs to maintain exceptional quality standards
Coach, mentor, and support junior and senior team members
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and auditors, building strong and lasting professional relationships
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client service
What You Bring
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in fund accounting, ideally within alternative assets (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, SPVs, HoldCos, etc.)
Strong technical knowledge of alternative investment structures and asset classes
Professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, or similar) are a plus
Experience in consolidation considered an advantage
A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and strong leadership skills
