Chief of Staff to Chief Strategy Officer (Execution- Focused)

Description
We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and hands-on Chief of Staff to support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in executing key strategic and commercial initiatives.
This role is ideal for a strong operator who enjoys building, coordinating, and driving work forward. You will play a central role in ensuring that priorities translate into action and results across the organization.
Job specification
Drive Execution of Strategic Initiatives
- Own day-to-day management of key strategic projects from kickoff through completion
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Track progress, flag risks early, and ensure follow-through across teams
- Step in to directly execute workstreams when needed
Support Revenue & Client Growth Initiatives
- Help coordinate large account planning and client expansion efforts
- Prepare materials, track pipeline activity, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
- Analyze basic client and revenue data to support decision-making
Follow up on sales and growth initiatives to ensure momentum
Run Operating Cadence - Manage weekly/monthly meetings (agendas, materials, notes, follow-ups)
- Track action items and ensure timely completion
- Build simple dashboards and reporting to monitor progress
Executive Support (Execution-Oriented) - Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and internal communications
- Ensure the CSO is prepared for key meetings and decisions
- Handle follow-ups and coordination coming out of leadership meetings
Cross-Team Coordination - Work across sales, marketing, product, and operations to keep initiatives moving
- Help break down silos by ensuring clear communication and accountability and jump in wherever needed to remove bottlenecks
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, or an operating role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving
- Clear communicator with a proactive, “no job too small” mindset
- High accountability and follow-through

Salary ranges from USD $200,000 – USD $250,000. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
