Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents.
  • Oversee administration and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, etc.).
  • Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and hybrid identity integrations.
  • Maintain and secure On-Prem Active Directory and Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices for identity and access management.
  • Lead or support projects such as cloud migrations, hybrid identity deployments, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
  • Monitor system health, capacity, and performance; implement proactive measures.
  • Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure / AWS IaaS and PaaS, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with identity security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management).
  • Understanding of hybrid identity and federation technologies (ADFS, Pass-through Authentication).
  • Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a senior escalation point.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Identity, Intune, and Windows security hardening.
  • Certification in one of the technologies will be treated as advantage.
  • Team engagement and skill development progress.
