Job Specification
- Working individually and as part of a team to cover an assigned set of funds as a knowledgeable and professional point of contact for fund investors, fund managers and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processing.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls.
- Works with implementation and other internal teams to onboard new fund investors.
- Conduct and communicate AML and KYC checks for potential and current investors.
- Collaborate with all relevant parties using effective verbal and written communication to ensure deadlines and client deliverables are being met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain knowledge of assigned funds, fund timelines, deal documentation and related processes.
- Understand workflows and organize responsibilities and priorities to meet and manage deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, including automation efforts, enhanced controls, system testing and client research.
Skills Required
- Native Hebrew Speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, but relevant work experience will be prioritized.
- Proactive, client service approach with strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to remain poised, calm, and solution-focused in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate and build partnerships with internal and external parties, meet deadlines, resolve issues.
- Outstanding organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proactive interest in learning about alternative investment and fund administration industry.
- Required skills and experience: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; operations processing
- Customer service orientation a must.
- Investment operations and fund administration customer support experience a plus.
