The Role & Key Responsibilities:
· Enhance client relationships with exceptional customer service
· Processing financial and non-financial investment transactions
· Respond to phone and email inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers or Fund Administrators in a timely manner
· Analyze complex issues or requests to determine best course of action
· Producing ad-hoc reports for Fund Managers
· Manage approval process and timelines per Fund Administrator requirements
· Testing application enhancements
· Faxing trade rejects and other requests
· Other duties as assigned
· Flexible work schedule required
Skills Required:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance field preferred
· Knowledge of Fund Administration (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Alternative Products, and back office) is an asset
· Three years’ experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred
· Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines
· Ability to work independently and also be a strong team contributor
· Highly organized and motivated individual with an acute attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Self-starter who volunteers for new opportunities and projects
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Excellent interpersonal with effective written and verbal communications skills

Salary ranges from CAD $50,000.00 – CAD $51,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus based on corporate and individual's performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
