JOB SUMMARY

The AI Innovation Senior Associate drives the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions at CAIDO Group. This role involves leading AI projects from concept to production, conducting advanced research, and mentoring junior team members. The Senior Associate will work at the intersection of AI research and practical business applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models

• Lead AI projects from problem definition through production deployment

• Conduct advanced research on AI/ML techniques and evaluate their applicability

• Perform complex data analysis and develop innovative feature engineering approaches

• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and production readiness

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions

• Implement MLOps practices for model monitoring and continuous improvement

• Author technical documentation and share knowledge through presentations

• Mentor Associate-level team members and support their development

• Stay current with state-of-the-art AI research and industry developments

• Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and regulations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures

• Experience with the full ML lifecycle from data to production

• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling

• Experience with cloud AI platforms and services

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to work independently and lead project initiatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree or PhD in AI/ML-related field

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI

• Published research or conference presentations

• Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures

• Track record of deploying AI solutions at scale

• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
