Role: Account Manager
Location: Valencia

Role summary:
As an Account Manager and play a key role in supporting client accounts from setup through their full lifecycle. You’ll ensure data accuracy, meet AML/KYC and regulatory requirements, and work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to build your expertise in client servicing, compliance, and financial operations within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities:
Management and maintenance of client and account data throughout the lifecycle of a bank account.
Adherence to internal business rules and regulatory requirements regarding AML/KYC, CRS & FATCA/QI.
Identifying and assessing documentation requirements and addressing deficiencies.
Working on account issues & client reporting closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Numerical document management.
Various signature verifications where applicable.
Supporting and mentoring Junior staff where required.
Further tasks might be assigned according to the business requirements.
Skills Required:
Educational level: University degree - Bachelor (or above) in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
Working experience in similar roles.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Sound knowledge of AML/KYC requirements as well as of various legal and regulatory structures of corporates, funds, and international institutions.
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
High attention to detail with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
Excellent communication skills.
