Key Responsibilities


Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and
integration issues within SLAs.

Perform deep technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis across application,
Database/SQL, and server layers within the Microsoft stack.

Execute and support application upgrades, patching, deployments, and
environment changes.

Act as technical escalation point for L1/L2 and coordinate with Infrastructure, DBA,
Cloud, and Vendors.

Support and improve monitoring, performance, and system stability.
Manage incidents, changes, and problems via ServiceNow.
Support audit and compliance requirements (UAR, access control, change
governance).

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
Communicate effectively during incidents, outages, and changes.
Participate in on-call and scheduled maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong 10-15 years’ experience in L2/L3 application support in enterprise and
complex environments.

Proven ability in advanced troubleshooting and RCA across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Hands-on experience with:
o SQL Server (queries, troubleshooting)
o Windows Server / AD environments
o Scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and change management processes.
Working knowledge of Azure, monitoring tools, and deployments.
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL aligned).
Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management
skills.
