Location: Makati City, Manila

Shift Working Timings:

For APAC 06:00AM– 15:00PM and 09:00AM - 18:00PM PHT

For Americas 14:00PM - 23:00PM and 19:00PM - 04:00AM PHT

Role Summary

There are multiple openings for Transfer Agency team in Philippines.

The Transfer Agency function supports global fund management companies across the full investor lifecycle, including transaction processing, reporting, AML/KYC, registration, and payments.

This role is responsible for managing BAU TA Dealing operations from the Philippines GCC, ensuring accurate and timely execution of investor transactions, adherence to SLAs, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to process improvement, risk management, and operational efficiency within a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and oversee financial and non‑financial transactions in line with client and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction processing aligned to SLAs
  • Maintain and validate investor and client documentation with full audit trail capability
  • Identify and resolve operational issues within defined procedures and escalate where required
  • Support and drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives
  • Work on business initiatives and ad‑hoc requirements as per operational priorities
  • Review and maintain SOPs and process documentation to ensure standardization
  • Strengthening process controls and ensure adherence to governance standards
  • Handle complex transaction queries and provide effective resolution
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
  • Demonstrate strong ownership while contributing as an effective team player

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to consistently meet client deliverables and service expectations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Effective research, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication ability

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in Transfer Agency / Investor Services is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related discipline preferred
  • 13+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in handling complex queries, process controls, and operational delivery
  • Strong understanding of TA operations and its impact on related functions
